Carrot Muffin Recipe
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup ground flax seed
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
2 tea baking soda
1 tea baking powder
1/2 tea slat
2 tea cinnamon
1 cup shredded Carrots
1 cup shredded Apples
1/2 cup Raisin
3/4 cup Milk
1 tea vanilla
2 eggs
Mix all dry ingredients in one big bowl and mix all the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour the wet ingredients in the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly till well mixed.
Pour batter in muffin forms and bake for 15-20 minutes @ 375 F.
